This project involved the development of a comprehensive 25,000 sqft multi-use facility specifically crafted to meet the needs of Santa Monica College students, providing childcare services for up to 110 children. Beyond its campus-centric purpose, the facility was envisioned as a valuable asset for the broader Santa Monica community. The endeavor encompassed the construction of three state-of-the-art structures, including a 13,000 sqft two-story building and two distinct 6,000 sqft single-story structures, all strategically positioned on a generously sized 61,000 sqft lot. Additionally, meticulous attention was given to extensive landscaping and hardscaping, enhancing the aesthetic and functional aspects of the facility. The project was further complemented by the addition of new parking spaces to facilitate accessibility.
